Kids Against Hunger of Des Moines Packaging Update! 6/9/2008 Kids Against Hunger of Des Moines packaged 9,936 meals at our Saturday event. Hope’s Kids Against Hunger Food Packaging Trailer packaged 9,720 meals on Thursday evening! That is a total of 19,656 meals packaged for the week! This brings us to a total of 2,627,859 meals packaged so far! Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped this past week. Kids Against Hunger of Des Moines will be packaging meals again on June 14th, 10 AM – 12 PM at Holmes Automotive Group. We are located off of I-80/I-35 and Hickman Road in Clive, Iowa.
