Kids Against Hunger of Des Moines Surpasses 2,900,000 Meals! 9/22/2008 Kids Against Hunger of Des Moines packaged 26,136 meals at our Saturday event. This brings us to a total of 2,920,971 meals packaged so far! Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped this past week. Kids Against Hunger of Des Moines will be packaging meals again on September 27th, 10 AM – 12 PM at Holmes Automotive Group. We are located off of I-80/I-35 and Hickman Road in Clive, Iowa.
